I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable with large beds and amenities, but they felt a bit outdated. The Club rooms on the higher floors were a nice touch with exclusive access to the Club lounge, although the TV channels were limited to News in English. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff available for any request. The location was great, situated in a luxurious area of Ankara with easy access to the city center and nearby shopping malls. The dining options were good overall, but not exceptional for a high-end hotel.
